Orders within Australia
All orders placed on the website are sent from my Brisbane studio every Tuesday and Thursday.
Orders are sent mostly via Sendle to all major cities and occasionally via Australia Post, depending on your location.
All orders are sent with email tracking, so you can see when it will arrive. If your order is delayed please contact me and I will follow this up for you immediately.
I cannot be liable for any lost, stolen or returned packages once the item has been transferred to the shipping carrier and can not be responsible for any additional shipping charges that may incur if the package is returned due to customer absence, error in shipping address or package refusal.
If you would like insurance cover on your goods, please advise at time of ordering.
All deliveries are made with "Authority to Leave" and when sent via Sendle have a $100 insurance cover policy automatically. If you require additional insurance cover or need to change delivery options, please advise before placing your order.
Please note orders cannot be shipped to Postal Boxes.
Local Pick Up from studio
If you are local, you can opt to pick your order up from my studio. Please select this option from the checkout menu. You will be emailed once your order is ready for collection. This usually takes 2-3 business days. Please collect your order within 7 business days from when it is ready, as I do not have the space to store orders longer than this.
International Orders
Please note unfortunately my product insurance will not allow me to ship to the USA or Canada at this time.
All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties and taxes. I am legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. I recommend contacting your local custom office for further information as each destination is different.
Shipping weight limits
Australia - All Domestic Shipping has a Maximum weight of 25kgm
International - All International Shipping has a maximum weight of 2kg
Returns
All orders are considered final unless there is a functional defect or damage apparent.
Please inspect your order upon receiving, however in the rare event that your order was damaged in transit, please notify me by email within 48 hrs of receiving your order with a photograph and proof of purchase attached. I will do my best to ensure you receive a replacement or refund as soon as possible. Please note refunds can take a week or so to appear back into your account via Square refunds. You will be emailed a confirmation of this transaction.
Please consider that each piece is handmade and therefore will incur both natural and intentional variations. Descriptions, materials, approximate measurements and design details are provided to the best of my ability and computer formatting, however each piece holds its own handmade character.
If you have any queries, please contact me prior to ordering as I can not provide refunds for change of mind.
