The clay used in my studio has been sourced from Australian quarries and suppliers. All materials used in the studio are natural, plastic free and are either from Australia or from ethically produced, Fair Trade suppliers.

All scraps of raw clay are recycled.

The kiln is only fired once it is completely full, using every small space available with an aim to reducing electricity usage.

Most tools are made from bamboo, wood, metal, silicone or rubber and an emphasis is made on removing plastic (especially single use) wherever possible. 

Every effort is made to reuse existing plastic packing materials and only purchase new materials that are eco-friendly. By reusing packaging materials I can give extended life to these before they are discarded. I ask that you please reuse any non eco-friendly packaging, give to someone who will, or place it into the appropriate soft plastics recycling bins.

Wherever possible I like to use Sendle courier service for delivering orders. Why? Every time you send a parcel with Sendle, they offset the carbon emissions and invest in environmental projects.
